KP Closer
We are scaling the most efficient painting operation in Northern Arizona. We have the brand equity, the marketing systems, and the elite production crews. We need a closer who can take our pipeline, execute the pitch, and secure the signature. You don’t lift a brush, you don’t chase down subcontractors, and you don’t manage the job site. You measure, you close, you collect the deposit, and you move to the next target.
The Compensation & Structure
1099 Independent Contractor: You manage your time and your pipeline.
The Cut: 20% of the Gross Profit on every completed contract. Self generated leads provide an additional 3% (up to $300).
The Math: This is an uncapped, high-ticket environment. We don't race to the bottom on price. We sell premium finishes, which means your margins—and your commission checks—are thick.
What We Provide
The System: You will use our standardized CRM. The estimating parameters, pricing formulas, and material costs are locked in. You just input the measurements and present the professional proposal.
The Backing: When you promise a client flawless execution, our production crews actually deliver it. You don’t lose a referral because of a sloppy crew.
The Pipeline: You will receive warm leads generated by our Brand Ambassadors and localized marketing campaigns, though you are expected to self-generate and network to maximize your yield. If you generate the lead, you get paid for it.
