-
Absolutely. We are a locally and family-owned business operating right here in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. When you hire us, you aren't dealing with a faceless corporate franchise; you are dealing directly with a local family invested in our community and our reputation.

We don't just paint houses; we manage projects. We operate on a multi-million-dollar standard of communication, rigorous prep work, and flawless execution. We use premium materials, run clean job sites, and give it to you straight. No surprise fees, no cutting corners on the preparation, and no ghosting you when it's time for the final walkthrough.
-
Yes. A standard 50% deposit secures your placement on our production schedule and covers the initial material procurement. The final 50% balance is due only upon project completion and your final walkthrough.

Lighting, time of day, and the environment change how a color looks on your walls. That’s why we require your written approval on all color selections. You have a strict three-day window after signing to cancel or change your mind without penalty. After three days, we order the paint. Custom-tinted paint cannot be returned. If you request a color change after the materials are ordered or applied, we will absolutely accommodate you, but you will be billed for the replacement materials and any additional labor required.
-
We supply it. We strictly utilize premium, contractor-grade products from trusted manufacturers to ensure our 2-year workmanship warranty actually holds up.
-
Once you sign the agreement and submit your deposit, you are officially in our queue. We wait three business days to allow you a penalty-free cancellation window, and then we order your materials. Timelines fluctuate based on the season and our current backlog, but we communicate your exact start date clearly before we ever pick up a brush.

Every property is entirely unique. A project could take anywhere from a couple of days to a few weeks. The timeline depends heavily on the square footage, the amount of surface preparation required, and the weather. We will give you a targeted, realistic timeline during your initial estimate.
-
We love kids and animals, but an active painting project is a construction zone containing hazardous materials, sharp tools, and trip hazards. For the safety of everyone involved—including your pets—we strictly require that all children and animals be kept completely out of the designated work areas for the duration of the daily production schedule.
-
For interiors, we ask that you remove all small items, fragile decor, electronics, and things of value. For exteriors, please relocate patio furniture, grills, potted plants, and decorations from the walls. Our crew handles the heavy lifting of large furniture, moving it to the center of the room, and meticulously masks and tarps everything else.
-
Only for the initial walkthrough and the final inspection. While we are working, you are free to go about your day. Our crews are vetted, professional, and respect your property.
