Promotional Caps & Discount Rules
Maximum Value: All percentage-based discounts (including the 10% promotional offer) are applied to the total base project cost, up to a maximum discount value of $750.00 per project.
Presentation Requirement: Coupons or discount claims must be presented at or before the time of the initial estimate. Post-contract submissions will not be honored.
Non-Combinable: Promotions, coupons, and referral credits cannot be stacked or combined. Only one discount applies per household, per project.
Change Orders: Discounts apply strictly to the initial signed contract. Any subsequent change orders, add-ons, or requested upgrades are billed at full standard rates.
Right to Modify: Keystone Painters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
The Referral Program
Official Submission Channel: All referrals must be submitted in writing via email to hello@keystonepaintersaz.com. Verbal referrals or text messages to crew members will not be honored.
The "First Contact" Rule: For a referral to be valid, Keystone Painters must have had zero prior communication with the referred party. If a referral is submitted for an individual or property already in our system or currently engaged in estimate discussions, the referral is entirely void.
Submission Timeline: The referring party must email the lead's information to us prior to the new client signing their contract.
Fluctuating Rewards: Referral incentives vary by season and promotional period. Rewards may be distributed as a single payout to the referrer or split as a credit between the referrer and the new client.
Payout Trigger: Referral incentives are disbursed or credited only after the referred project is 100% completed and the final invoice is paid in full.
Warranty & Workmanship
Two-Year Workmanship Guarantee: Keystone Painters provides a 2-year warranty strictly on our workmanship. We guarantee against peeling, blistering, or chipping caused directly by improper surface preparation or application by our crews.
Environmental & Maintenance Exclusions: This warranty is immediately voided in cases of homeowner negligence or environmental damage. We explicitly do not cover paint failure caused by snow or ice allowed to accumulate and sit against the siding, failing gutters, roof leaks, sprinkler systems hitting the house, or any other prolonged moisture exposure.
Standard Exclusions: We also exclude horizontal surfaces (decks, floors, steps), damage from severe weather events, structural settling, and the failure of previous, underlying layers of paint beneath our application.
Manufacturer Paint Warranty: The paint itself carries its own manufacturer’s warranty. Keystone Finish, LLC is not liable for material failures, fading, or chalking caused by defective products.
Billable Labor for Material Failure: If a manufacturer honors a warranty claim and replaces defective liquid, the labor required for us to re-apply that paint is considered a separate, billable service.
Customer-Supplied Materials: The 2-Year Workmanship Guarantee applies only to projects where Keystone Painters procures and supplies 100% of the paint and application materials. If a client opts to supply their own paint, the workmanship warranty is entirely void. We cannot guarantee the performance, prior storage conditions (such as temperature fluctuations and freezing), or chemical integrity of products acquired outside of our direct professional supply chain.
Contract Supremacy & Policy Modifications
The policies, warranties, and promotional guidelines outlined on this website are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Keystone Finish, LLC without prior notice. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the information provided on this website and the terms of a fully executed Client Contract, the express terms and conditions of the signed Client Contract shall strictly govern and supersede.
